Slogan tees have been around for the last two seasons or more, I think we all remember the green Kenzo jumper right? Well since then the trend seems to have escalated. Originating from street style, and of course band t shirts, for Spring/Summer 2014 they have been re worked for high end fashion collections such as Alexander Wang – with their replicas returning to the streets as I speak. I can’t say I’m a huge fan though. One I’m just definitely not grungy or ‘cool’ enough and two I am pretty sure in a years time the meaningfulness behind the words on my t shirt will just dissolve into nothingness! Saying that I do like the off duty casual vibe they give out – great for a lazy day when you don’t feel like making much effort. Let me know what you think!
